Theodore Frank Koelln was born 12/26/44 in Boston, MA. where he graduated from Boston English H.S., afterwhich he attended Dakota State University, SD, where he majored in History and received BS degree. Ted attended seminary at The School of Theology at the ‘University of the South’ in Sewannee, TN., earning a Master of Divinity in 1988. He was ordained as an Episcopal priest in 1989. Father Koelln has served a variety of Episcopal Churches in S.D., AL., and FL. In the Episcopal polity, his title included rector, priest (non-assisted), vicar, and priest-in-charge. He has also been chaplain of All Saints Academy – an Episcopal private school, pre-K through H.S., in Winter Haven, FL.
